    I only discovered Vitamix when my last department store blender just wasn’t doing the job. I ended up getting the A2500 and it was worth every cent, the quality is spectacular, powerful machine. I can grind 4 lbs of tomatoes etc for gazpacho in 60 seconds one batch and there’s no worry about it “walking” away like the machine it replaced. I have watched many videos to get a feel for how and what to do. Once you have that down pat, you’ll swear by the machine, it’s a work horse.

    So far so good with this vacuum. ua-cam.com/users/postUgkx8ISPQRRAfpAaX4msGjyodObTBnlj4T5g I was a little concerned to find it seems to be all plastic, but the reviews were good, so I'm hoping for the best. Very easy to assemble Recommened, and only attachments I've used so far work well, and are easy to use. Doing a good job on the new carpet in my bedrooms and stairs. Works well on the hardwood on my main floor too. Reasonable weight and cord length. I already knew from an earlier review that it wouldn't fit under furniture, but I can use my Eufy for that, so no problem - the high traffic areas that need a stronger suction was really what I bought this for. If it continues as it's started, it will be a good buy and well worth the money. I have had two Shark Rocket stick vacs in the past that are super easy to use, but the motors just don't last well, even with scrupulous cleaning of the filters. I'm hoping for better with this Bissell.

    I think you meant well, but it's kinda crazy that people do videos on a product and have no idea how to use the item they're reporting on😂. I've had my vitamix for 7 years now and use it x 2 a day most weeks. It's really a great product! I'm Sorry, but she had no idea how to use the blender. I mean, it's peanut butter for goodness sake, so how did she think that quick clean was going to work? There is no where in the instruction manual that would've said that would work. And you need either soft fruits and some ice to make a smoothie or frozen fruits and some liquid. However, you may still need to use the tamper. I'm just saying that maybe she should've used it a little before trying to review it. 😅😅

    YOU HAD NO LIQUID IN THE SMOOTHIE! ICE DOES NOT COUNT FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS NEXT TIME!! VITAMIX ENGINEERS ARE SMARTER THAN YOU! A SMOOTHIE IS I CUP OF LIQUID FOR I CUP OF EACH FRUIT AND THEN A GREEN!! IT WAS TOO THICK BECAUSE OF YOU 100%

    Our Vitamix is over 20 years old and just now having an issue on the variable speed that can probably be fixed. But since we've used it for this long, we are trading it in with VVitamix and are getting a new one. Worth the investment to us. :D

    When making the smoothie I think she added the ingredients in the wrong order. I would have put the ice in first (at the bottom).

    • @anita34d
      @anita34d Рік тому

      Yes, that's correct. Vitamix actually recommends that one should put the heaviest to lightest items in order. If this is done, you shouldn't have to use the tamper and it will come out silky smooth.

    It's important to read the instructions first 😁 I just got my 5300 today and I made a smoothie to start and it was a blast. Yogurt, almond milk, 2 dates, pits removed, 1 banana, frozen strawberries, frozen cherries and blend! No tamper required when you add enough liquids and put the softer bits at the bottom!

    Your smoothie didn't turn out because you made it wrong. You have to have a little liquid in there as well. Also, you always put your leafy products first and all your frozen goods at the very top so the blades are spinning nice and fast by the time the strawberries and I said them.

    I think the secret is that the blades in the vitamix aren't sharp, so they pulverize rather than chop the food. America's Test Kitchen consistently ranks one of the less expensive Vitamixes (legacy model with a taller, thinner container) at the top of their list. It's about half the price of this model.

    It doesn't make sense to have Pet Insurance unless you have a breed with a lot of known issues. We adopted 2 kittens and for the 2 of them I've looked at 5 different places and they're all around $100/month. So $1000/year is thrown down the drain UNTIL they happen to have some horrific accident. This doesn't even cover any of the routine vet visits, vaccinations, etc. But even then, let's say if in 5 years they start having issues, I've thrown $5000 away, then the Insurer will pay 90% after a $200 deductible. So for a $5000 surgery operation, I have to pay $200, then 10% of the remaining amount, the insurer pays $4320 and I'm still left paying another $480+200 so $680. That means I'm paying $100/month for 5 years equaling $5000, for them to then only help me out with $4320 AND I still have to pay $680 and that's only IF there's a worst case scenario. Not to mention, without being too dark, but if an animal is in need of such drastic surgery, if their quality of living will be drastically reduced post-op, I don't think it's a wise decision to begin with. Meanwhile I could've just put away that $100/month into a savings account, and have $5000 in my savings of my own money, and then decide to pay for their entire surgery with that money, or use it on all routine vet visits, vaccines, etc, or if our pets are super lucky, on a vacation, or more things for my pets, etc. Not to mention depending on how you invest the money, you could be making interest on the amount every year.

    Mine is the old 3600 and is still mixing, I like it because It has a reverse and if stuff starts getting stuck you bump the reverse and it fees it up. Vitamix are expensive but for a few exceptions they last pretty much forever. I bought it used over 20 years ago and it still works but 750 bucks is a lot of money, you will need another stimulus check from the feds to buy that one.

    *I run the m6 daily, and my floors look awesome🌼 **allabout.wiki/Roomba-960** I wet mop 2 days and dry sweep the rest of the days. When I first got it, I used the included disposable pads. I didn't like them--the dry pad has no depth so if it picks up a chunk of something, like dry cat food, then it pushes it around or drags it around the floor. The wet pad wasn't very absorbent so left streaks and wheel marks.*
